Job Introduction

When it comes to life and death, every second counts. In such situations, it is particularly important that emergency services have the optimal means to respond appropriately and quickly. The tools used must be stable, reliable, and immediately available when needed. The control center products of our Public Safety division have been developed to meet this requirement. Our mission is to ensure that police, rescue services, and fire brigades can focus on the core of their task - saving lives. Key Tasks
  • Development of new features and components 
  • Integration and use of modern tools and current technologies from the Java environment 
  • You contribute as a full-fledged member to a dynamic Scrum team 
  • You will work with Git, Maven, Jenkins and Container/Kubernetes and deal with distributed systems
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer (ideally in a Java environment)
  • Completed technical studies (FH, Uni) in the field of computer science or software engineering
  • Software quality and testing are important to you 
  • You have a quick, analytical mind and a structured way of working 
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45,208 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
