Solution Consultant - Sales Focus (all genders)
- Drive the successful conversion of prospects into orders – in close collaboration with sales and offer management
- Provide technical and sales support with international customer engagement in the field of air traffic control
- Conduct customer workshops, meetings, and presentations – online, on-site, or at our headquarters in Vienna
- Actively contribute to the development of sales and acquisition strategies
- Act as the main technical contact for customers and internal departments
- Evaluate customer needs and requirements to design tailored solution concepts and ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under commercially competitive conditions
- Handle tenders and prepare technical solution specifications, customer value arguments, calculations, etc.
- Success factor: Internal networking with colleagues from sales, offer management, and product development
- Business education with a background in air traffic management or technical education with commercial understanding
- Experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications is a plus – as is familiarity with public tenders
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (presales, technical sales, business development)
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and bring strong team and communication skills
- Very good English skills (main language of the department), additional language skills are a plus
