You will explore new business fields and make strategic decisions to strengthen our market position:
Key Tasks
  • Drive the successful conversion of prospects into orders – in close collaboration with sales and offer management
  • Provide technical and sales support with international customer engagement in the field of air traffic control
  • Conduct customer workshops, meetings, and presentations – online, on-site, or at our headquarters in Vienna
  • Actively contribute to the development of sales and acquisition strategies
  • Act as the main technical contact for customers and internal departments
  • Evaluate customer needs and requirements to design tailored solution concepts and ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under commercially competitive conditions
  • Handle tenders and prepare technical solution specifications, customer value arguments, calculations, etc.
  • Success factor: Internal networking with colleagues from sales, offer management, and product development
Key Qualifications
  • Business education with a background in air traffic management or technical education with commercial understanding
  • Experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications is a plus – as is familiarity with public tenders
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (presales, technical sales, business development)
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and bring strong team and communication skills
  • Very good English skills (main language of the department), additional language skills are a plus

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45,210 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
