Job Introduction

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Solution Consultant (all genders) with a focus on workflow solutions in the airport environment. In this position you will play a decisive role in the optimisation of business processes at airports and the successful implementation of innovative IT workflow solutions. Key Tasks
  • Analysis and optimisation of business processes in the airport sector, with a particular focus on mapping them in efficient workflow solutions.
  • Requirements analysis and specification of individual customer requirements for the development of customised solutions for airport operations.
  • Advising and supporting our international customers in the introduction of systems for communication and information management in control centres.
  • Proactive co-operation in projects for the implementation of workflow systems, from conception to successful commissioning.
  • Creation of technical specifications and concepts as well as the development of offers in close co-operation with the sales and technical departments.
  • Coordinating the interfaces between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Monitoring the market and identifying trends in the field of airport communication systems to develop innovative solutions and ensure our competitive advantage.
  • Support presentations and workshops with customers, partners and internal teams.
  • Responsibility for meeting project targets in terms of quality, time and budget.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable specialisation. Alternatively, professional experience in IT consulting or in a similar position.
  • Ideally experience in the aviation environment, transport sector or public safety.
  • Strong technical understanding of communication systems, IT workflow solutions and airport infrastructure.
  • Project experience in the specification and implementation of IT solutions, ideally in an international context.
  • Start-up mentality: you like to work independently, contribute new ideas and act with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both in German and English, and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way.
  • Customer-orientation and enjoy working with international customers and teams.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, technical specifications and concepts.
  • Willingness to travel for international projects.
  • Team player mentality, combined with the ability to work independently and solution-orientated.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 67,000 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
