As a Solution Consultant & Domain Sales Manager for Mission-Critical Services, you act as a strategic technical and commercial advisor for customers adopting next-generation MCX technologies. MissionX, our 3GPP-compliant mission-critical communication portfolio, enables secure, resilient broadband push-to-talk, data, and video services and represents the evolution of the traditional TETRA systems.

In this combined technical-sales role, you guide customers through their transformation journey, shape solution concepts, lead pursuit activities, and contribute directly to winning strategic deals for our MissionX portfolio. You will work with regional sales managers, product teams, and technical experts across Europe, with a perspective that will grow globally as MissionX continues its international expansion.

Key Tasks
  • Technical consulting during pre‑sales, bid, and RFI/RFQ phases, including leading the technical workstream in tenders.
  • Development of solution concepts and technical proposal documents, with the ability to clearly communicate complex MCX and broadband technologies.
  • Delivery of product demos, presentations, and workshops as the MissionX subject‑matter expert.
  • Identification, qualification, and development of new sales opportunities in close collaboration with regional sales managers.
  • Pursuit and capture leadership, coordinating project management, engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Creation of competitive, customer‑aligned proposals and cultivation of long‑term customer relationships built on trust and consultative expertise.
  • End‑to‑end solution design, including specifications, cost and risk assessments, and ensuring technical, commercial, and operational coherence in bid processes.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar telecom/IT‑focused roles; industry experience in mission‑critical communications or broadband networks is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of communication architectures and mission‑critical or safety‑critical applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working style.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., telecommunications, IT, engineering).
  • High customer focus, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 57.851 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
