• Completed university degree (electrical engineering, computer science, physics)
• Business oriented mindset 
• At least 5 years of professional experience 
• Air Traffic Management domain know-how (a bonus) 
• Proven leadership experience and result driven attitude
• Practical experience with product or portfolio management, similar sales responsibility and opportunity development in a complex software integration business
• Business fluent English with strong communication skills
