Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Frequentis is actively involved in the creation of the new mission-critical broadband communications and data exchange infrastructure for PPDR (Public Protection and Disaster Relief - fire, police, and other authorities) in Europe, enabling standardized mission-critical push-to-talk services over LTE/5G networks.

The New Business Development department creates solutions and business models for new markets in the safety-critical area. We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager (f/m/d) to further develop the business.

Key Tasks

You develop concepts to sell an ecosystem of applications.
You research and analyze market trends, customer requirements as well as potential partnerships and highlight them from a commercial perspective.
You work heavily with customers in the safety critical space (conventions, workshops) to help shape the roadmap for the next years.
You will work closely with multiple internal teams to drive the success of our solution.
You will lead proposal projects over an extended period of time.
You are responsible for positioning as well as marketing the products in the market segments.
You enjoy preparing and building projects over several years with customers.

Key Qualifications

Several years of experience in sales for customers in the IT/software/telecom project business
Commercial understanding and affinity for numbers, strong organizational skills
Affinity for software development, communication networks or web technologies
Knowledge of European tendering processes for ICT desirable
Knowledge of requirements in safety-critical areas (PPDR, traffic management, 3GPP, MCX) is an advantage

Salary

Annual Gross Salary
EUR 44295
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
