Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

We are a globally active technology group and are looking to strengthen our tax department. You will have sound knowledge of international tax and the necessary experience to take responsibility for tasks independently.
Key Tasks
  • Supervision of the transfer pricing area, including: ongoing development of the transfer pricing system and associated documentation
  • Processing of tax enquiries within the Frequentis Group
  • Tax risk assessment as part of the offer process (early identification of tax risks and development of mitigation strategies)
  • Support with project management in relation to tax compliance
  • Support and advice on permanent establishments abroad for tax purposes
  • Preparation and processing of tax returns abroad, coordination and interface with foreign tax advisors
  • Internal contact person for ongoing questions regarding VAT, withholding tax and corporation tax abroad
  • Knowledge of Austrian tax law required
  • Collaboration on special projects (M&A, reorganisations)
  • Supporting the HR department in tax matters
Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies in the field of law and/or economics
  • Several years of practical experience in the field of international taxes, either in tax consulting or in the tax department of a company
  • Completed tax consultant examination is an advantage or comparable training (Finanzamt)

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45,070 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
