As our Strategic Product Manager (SPM), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our Market Unit (MU) Voice Solutions strategy - ensuring it’s fully aligned with the overarching Business Unit and Corporate strategies. Your core mission: to drive the successful and profitable execution of product-level strategies through clear business planning, internal advocacy, and strategic lifecycle management.
Key Tasks
  • Implement the MU strategy at the product level, ensuring alignment with business and corporate goals
  • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive product business plans and cases 
  • Serve as the internal sponsor for product development initiatives
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle - from concept to phase-out
  • Define and continuously adapt product market strategies based on market and competitive analyses
  • Secure financing for each stage of the product lifecycle
  • Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor movements
  • Deliver high-quality product documentation to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Product Manager (OPM) within the Development department for seamless execution
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (strategic and financial) and product success metrics
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or business degree with at least 10 years Product Lifecycle management experience within complex IT environments
  • Proven B2B und B2G product management within the Telecommunication/IT Branche
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, preferably with ATM Know-how
  • Proven experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market analysis
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions and influencing stakeholders
  • Experienced working in a matrix organization and managing complex product portfolios is a plus

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 70,000 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
