Strategic Product Manager (all genders)

Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Managing the product & portfolio life-cycle (introduction, growth, maturity, decline, withdrawal)
  • Defining the product / portfolio market strategy, in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales
  • Communicating the defined product strategy and roadmap to the product stakeholders
  • Ensuring the financing of the product life-cycle - Participating and supporting strategic management activities Analyzing market(s), competitors and product performance
  • Supporting the portfolio management
  • Delivering the pre-sales product documentation in close cooperation with the Marketing and Sales
  • Cooperating closely with the OPM (Operational Product Manager)
  • Monitoring and reporting achievement of strategic targets
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or commercial education FH/TU
  • Several years of experience in the area of product management, product marketing, product development, project management or pre-sales
  • Economic background know-how (budgeting, controlling, product planning etc.)
  • Distinctive customer and service orientation, coupled with ability to think strategically and conceptional
  • Very good Presentation skills and Moderation skills
  • Business fluent English
  • Readiness to travel (customer visits/fairs and exhibitions)

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 48,200 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
