As an experienced Strategic Solution Manager you are able to shape the Air Traffic Market for network infrastructure and you bring the entrepreneurial mindset to work with future technologies such as Artificial intelligence and future datalink networks for airborne communication.

Key Tasks
  • you define, create and drive a unified ATM Networks solution with focus on customer benefits while profitably growing the business 
  • you demonstrate senior capabilities in leading profitable and commercially competitive solution business 
  • your main task is to develop a thorough understanding of the solution requirements, markets, partners and competition to be able to define the solution strategy (which includes market segmentation, priorities, offering and road maps, competitor landscape and business cases) 
  • aiming at developing a value proposition strategy for the solution positioning, market messaging, and differentiation in order to drive growth 
  • focus on identifying new offerings, market opportunities and trends & lead activities from the business plans until market launch
Key Qualifications
  • you completed higher education (Uni, FH), preferably business management, ideally focused on product management 
  • you have at least 5 years dedicated experience in product or solution management, ideally in an international environment 
  • your experience in the ATM or any other safety critical environment would be an advantage as well as in the area of IP WAN & Satellite Networks
  • you have proven strength in customer orientation and commercial product matters sound marketing/sales experience, paired with presentation skills 
  • strong problem solving attitude as well as communication and negotiation skills defines your working style
  • skilled in innovation methodologies, decision driven and high leadership qualities is your success factor
  • your travel readiness lies between 10-20%

Annual Gross Salary as of
EUR 44295
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
