Sustainbility and ESG Officer (all genders)
- You further develop and support the implementation of the group-wide sustainability and ESG strategy.
- You act as the central interface for communication on ESG topics, including ratings, customer inquiries, and to foster sustainability awareness within the organization.
- You contribute to the definition of ESG goals and KPIs, as well as monitoring and reporting activities.
- You implement legal requirements, international standards and ESG best practices.
- You support the continuous improvement of the environmental and energy management system (ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
- You coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- You hold a completed technical or business-related degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG or management systems.
- You bring solid knowledge of relevant legal requirements and international standards.
- You have experience with KPI systems, audits and structured reporting.
- You combine an analytical, structured working style with strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
