Key Tasks
  • As a technical generalist, you will implement our Frequentis solutions in our customers' control center in the area of Public Transport
  • On the basis of customer requirements you will develop a solution with your know-how in the areas of servers, VoIP, Cisco network components and virtualization
  • During the program, you will act as a point of contact for the customer, starting with the technical specification and ending with customer approval 
  • Automation of installation and maintenance processes with scripting is also part of your responsibilities
  • Furthermore you are part of the maintenance team and active in 3rd level support
Key Qualifications
  • Technical education with focus on telecommunications (HTL, FH, TU degree) 
  • Proven work experience in system engineering or similar roles in IT delivery projects or software development projects
  • Good VoIP knowledge preferred and IT infrastructure knowledge is a plus (Automatic Deployment and Scripting Skills, Linux server, virtualization, monitoring) 
  • Joy of travelling to our customers (depending on the area, between 20 and 40 % per year in international projects) 
  • Openness for on-call duties
  • English language skills, every other language is a plus
