Key Tasks
  • As a technical generalist, you will implement our Frequentis solutions in our customers' control center in the area of Public Transport 
  • On the basis of customer requirements you will develop a solution with your know-how in the areas of servers, SIP RTP, Cisco network components and virtualization 
  • During the project duration, you will act as the technical point of contact for the customer, starting with the technical specification and ending with customer acceptance 
  • Creation and review of technical documentation is also part of your responsibility 
  • Configuration of the customer system and integration into the customer environment 
  • Execution of verification and acceptance tests (internal and onsite) 
  • You will also be in charge of the improvement of installation and maintenance processes as well as troubleshooting and analysis of system problems 
  • On request you are also providing 3rd level support (part time)
Key Qualifications
  • Technical education with focus on IT/Infrastructure/Telecommunications (HTL, FH, TU degree) 
  • At least 5 years of work experience in system engineering in IT delivery projects or software development projects 
  • Good knowledge of SIP RTP protocol and IT infrastructure preferred (Deployment and Scripting Skills, Linux server, Database, Virtualization, Monitoring, Network configuration) 
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills 
  • Readyness to travel up to 25% max 
  • Openness for on-call duties 
  • Fluent German and English language skills

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 35310
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
