As part of our Quality Assurance team, you ensure that complex, mission‑critical systems meet the highest standards before they reach our customers. Your work has a real impact on the reliability and safety of public transport systems worldwide.
Key Tasks
  • Analyze and review system requirements with a strong focus on testability
  • Plan and execute risk‑based tests to validate critical business functions
  • Design and maintain test specifications based on system architecture and solution design
  • Perform exploratory testing as well as predefined test cases to assess overall system quality
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test cases, and evaluate test results
  • Continuously improve release and testing processes
  • Adapt testing strategies and quality assurance practices as the system evolves
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in testing and verification within complex projects or product development
  • Strong background in test automation and in the implementation of test frameworks
  • Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work closely with development and product teams using tools such as JIRA, JAMA, and test automation frameworks
  • Structured and independent working style with a high level of adaptability
  • Team‑oriented mindset with strong cross‑disciplinary collaboration skills
  • ISTQB certification is a plus

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 46,202 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
