Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 control centre working positions already trust our know-how and proven experience.

As Customer Services for the installed base business, we are the contact for all customers of all Frequentis business areas. With the objective of building long-term relationships with customers, we sell and negotiate our service and maintenance contracts. Through change requests, we succeed in adapting our customers' systems to changing customer requirements and technical environments.
Key Tasks
  • In this role you are responsible for directing and managing ATM Service Managers globally and being the disciplinary lead for local Service Managers 
  • Furthermore you are supervising resources, budgets and tasks as well as controlling the service portfolio and doing internal reporting 
  • Developing service (sales) strategies is also part of your key responsibilities
  • In addition you will be developing the organisational unit by means of a continuous improvement process 
  • You also take over the role of an Internal Project Sponsor for selected accounts 
  • Further you will take part in the operating business and be in charge of Service Management for selected accounts 
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in Matrix Management as well as in critical-IT/safety-critical applications 
  • Completed technical education in IT/telecommunications or similar experience 
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (f/m/d) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects 
  • Further knowledge of managed services is an advantage 
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German is an additional asset 
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (10-30%)
