Technical Development Manager (all genders)

- Active participation in the developments (programming, testing, documenting)
- Regular reporting on the project
- Creating work packages from in-house development projects and coordinating the work packages with the domain center managers and external development service providers
- Coordination and control of resources
- Implementation of project management processes and internal orders
- Management of development projects and corresponding developments for customer projects
- Completed technical or economic education (FH or TU in computer science)
- At least 7 years of professional experience in complex software projects (ideally with a great impact on the development processes)
- Profound know-how of Web frameworks Vue.js, Angular, React, JVM languages Java, Kotlin, Groovy, API development REST, SOAP, Databases Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Data streaming Kafka, Redis, Message Queues
- Solid know-how of Linux, Windows, Containerization - Docker, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Git, SVN, Jenkins, Confluence, Jira
- Interest or talent to quickly familiarize yourself with new domains
- Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of aviation
- Experience in leading project teams
- Business fluent German and English
- Integrity, responsibility and empathy
- Readiness to travel 20-30%
