Job Introduction

We as STRATO enjoy to successfully deliver the most challenging projects across all domains and optimise the delivery standards groupwide. STRATO is the central delivery unit built on three pillars: Delivery Office, Business Services and Individual Programs.
Key Tasks
  • You are responsible for the technical solution in a customer project and act as main contact person for the customer and internal teams in technical matters
  • You identify change requests, gather, prepare and document the customers’ requirements and subsequently analyse and translate them into system requirements 
  • You will clarify the technical feasibility of the elaborated designs and descriptions with our internal teams
  • Also, the technical implementation and acceptance of the overall solution in the customer environment at the end of the project will be your responsibility
  • Thereby you always keep the overall technical overview of individual projects (requirements, resources, budget) Also, the technical risk management including security and safety aspects belongs to your responsibilities 
  • In this role, there is an opportunity for lateral leadership of a systems engineering team
Key Qualifications
  • You have a technical Education with focus in IT or telecommunication (HTL, FH, TU degree) 
  • At least 5 years of experience in an interface function in the IT/software/telecom customer project business (e.g. as system engineer, technical solution manager, technical project manager, system architect) 
  • You are a team-oriented and structured personality with a confident and representative appearance Technical creativity, a high solution-orientated and analytical approach are what sets you apart 
  • You are an excellent negotiator and due to your communications skills, you are able to solve conflict situations quickly
  • You have very good knowledge skills in English and German, due to the cooperation with German-speaking customers
  • You have interest in business trips for customer approval (approx. 15-20% per year)
