Test Manager (all genders)
- Ensure all project and product development goals are met on schedule.
- Plan and define the methodological approach for testing.
- Analyze requirements and use cases for testability and assign them to test phases.
- Create test plans, ensure complete test specifications, and plan the test environment.
- Analyze processes to improve quality.
- Provide tool support and manage the test team to relieve project managers.
- Report test status and progress using key metrics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in testing
- Completed IT training with a focus on one of these areas: network technology, communications engineering or software development
- Jama knowledge an advantage
- Strong technical skills, analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Team-oriented and communicative personality
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel around 20% of the time
