Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 40.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

We offer you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program at the beginning of September 2023. The 10-month training with an exciting on-the-job training, support by experienced mentors and a multi-faceted training program will prepare you comprehensively for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager. Key Tasks
  • Active participation in the projects and support of mentors during job rotations in various project areas 
  • Development of project management know-how that includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods 
  • Successful execution of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility
  • Responsibility for project budget and ongoing project controlling
  • Learn a basic understanding of our products, customers and markets
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical or commercial education at high school level, completed studies is an advantage
  • 2-3 years professional experience in project management or experience with project processes (eg. IT- or SW projects)  
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Strong social skills (communication skills, team orientation & professional working style) 
  • Convincing and customer-oriented communication in German and English
  • Affinity for new technologies
  • Project management certification is a plus

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 35565
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
