Job Introduction
Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

The Lifecycle Offer Management Team uses its expertise to actively support the sale of services, both in the sales phase of new customer business and with existing customer systems (installed base), and thus makes a significant contribution to entrepreneurial success in the maintenance business.
Key Tasks
  • Preparation of service concepts and corresponding contract documents (SLAs, service plans, managed services) for our international customers, taking into account sustainable contribution margins 
  • Negotiation of maintenance contracts together with the legal department, the sales department and the customer 
  • Timely processing of maintenance-relevant parts of tenders 
  • Create offers for spare parts, upgrades and change requests in accordance with costing guidelines and in coordination with development departments and product management
Key Qualifications
  • completed higher commercial and/or technical education 
  • Experience in service sales or project management, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry 
  • Technical know-how in the field of telecommunications or IT desirable
  • very good MS Office knowledge 
  • very good knowledge of English
