Job Introduction
Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

The Customer Services division for the installed base business is our main contact for all Frequentis customers in all business units. We sell and negotiate our services and maintenance contracts with the aim of establishing long-term relationships with our customers. Change requests enable us to adapt our customers' systems to changing customer requirements and technical environments.
Key Tasks
  • Service management and project management of international service projects 
  • Relationship management with customers, partners and subcontractors
  • Delivery of Change Requests (Change Management) 
  • Ensuring rapid problem handling and resolution together with the service engineers 
  • Identification of optimization potential, creation of customer development plans, Life Cycle Management 
  • Development of technical solutions, documentation and preparation of quotations with Pre Sales and Sales (Change Requests)
Key Qualifications
  • completed technical training with IT or commercial focus 
  • good generalistic IT know-how 
  • ideally first experience in project management of international service/IT/Telecom projects 
  • excellent command of English (written and oral) 
  • global travel readiness
