Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

Public Safety has been supplying emergency service organisations with highly reliable control centre solutions for more than two decades. Our mission is to make sure police, ambulance and fire brigades can focus on the actual core of their task - saving lives. We aim to lead the way by defining and implementing new standards in communication, collaboration and multimedia. Join our passionate sales team based in the FREQUENTIS headquarters in Vienna to support this mission and create an impact! You will be the link between the regional sales team on site and the technical experts at headquarters.
Key Tasks
  • Develop successful sales projects among others in the South East Asia region to ensure order intake 
  • Design, drive and implement winning strategies for multi million deals
  • Manage and coordinate multinational FREQUENTIS capture teams
  • Shape deals to maximize the probability to win the project (costs, feasibility, customer requirements) 
  • Lead the offer preparation team to match customer requirements and product strategy
Key Qualifications
  • first experience in IT/SW sales activities in an international environment 
  • Field proven experience in negotiations of complex business solutions with public authorities 
  • Intercultural understanding and a keen interest in understanding and shaping customer's needs 
  • Goal-oriented personality with a talent for managing yourself and others 
  • High willingness to travel, excellent written/spoken English and German
