Job Introduction

Key Tasks
In this central role, you will support the CFO and VP Finance in strategic and operational projects. Your focus will be on providing commercial support for projects, data-driven analysis, and continuous improvement of business processes.

  • Commercial support for executive board projects and strategic initiatives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Conducting data analyses to support decision-making 
  • Responsibility for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing overhead costs throughout the company 
  • Developing and implementing measures for cost control and efficiency improvement 
  • Establishing transparent structures for tracking and evaluating overhead costs 
  • Identifying deviations, weaknesses, and optimization potential 
  • Working closely with specialist departments, international subsidiaries, and the finance department to identify potential savings 
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for action for management
Key Qualifications
  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable training, ideally with a focus on controlling 
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling at an international corporation or in a comparable analytical role 
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage 
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, analysis for Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Strong analytical skills, high numerical comprehension, and strong communication skills 
  • In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art management reporting 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills 
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as intercultural competence

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 53,331 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
