Frequentis AG, Innovationsstraße 1, 1100 Vienna, Austria
("Frequentis"), processes your personal data with regard to your
person in connection with the execution of its application procedure as well as
for the examination of your potential employability in relation to work.
We process the information provided by you on the basis of
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to be able to make a well-founded personnel
decision. We also store ratings based on objective, nondiscriminatory criteria.
If this is permitted under employment law in individual cases, publicly accessible
personal data about you will also be collected and stored. If you have provided
us with your social media links, we process and store the information accessible
via these links (e.g. information about your previous projects).
Frequentis Applicant Portal
By registering on the Frequentis applicant portal, you
provide the company with your personal data for a specific application and thus
explicitly express your interest in working for Frequentis.
During registration you will receive a user name and a
password. You can view and update the data provided by you at any time. Your
data will be treated confidentially according to the legal regulations for data
protection. Without this information we cannot consider your application. In addition
to them, authorized Frequentis employees have access to their data.
Please use only private addresses for e-mail and postal
contact!
Order processing by service providers, also within the
Frequentis Group
We use external IT service providers who process your data
within the EU to process your application. In all cases, these service
providers act in accordance with instructions and within the scope of the GDPR,
which is ensured by appropriate contracts. Technical and organizational measures
for compliance with data security are taken in accordance with applicable data
protection law and secured by ISO 27001 certifications, among other things.
If you apply for a specific position at a subsidiary of
Frequentis AG, your personal data will be passed on between these two
companies, as Frequentis AG acts as an IT and HR service provider within the
Frequentis Group. Insofar as the Frequentis subsidiary is located outside the
EU or the EEA in a country for which the EU Commission has not adopted an
adequacy decision, an appropriate level of data protection is ensured by the
conclusion of EU standard contract clauses. Please contact our data protection
officer (contact details at the bottom of this text) if you would like to know
more.
Except in cases of subprocessing, your data will under no
circumstances be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Group-wide application
If you give your consent by clicking the corresponding
checkbox at the bottom of this page, your personal data will be passed on
within the Frequentis Group so that it can also appear and be used for other
and future job offers when other Frequentis companies search for suitable
applicants. If a position matching your profile is offered within the
Frequentis Group, we may also make your data available to the responsible
managers.
With your consent, you expressly agree that you may be
contacted by employees of the Frequentis Group as part of a personnel search.
Retention and deletion of data
If you no longer wish Frequentis to process your data from a
certain point in time, you can delete your profile at any time.
If your profile remains inactive for more than 36 months,
Frequentis will contact you by email and ask you to update your profile. If you
do not respond to this e-mail within 3 months, your profile and all data will
be deleted.
Your rights as a data subject
We inform you that, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. GDPR
have the following rights as data subject under the conditions defined therein:
Right to information about the processed personal data, as well as to
correction or deletion or to restriction of the processing, right of objection
against the processing, right to data transferability. You also have the right
of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR. If
the processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
or, in the case of sensitive data, on Article 9(2)(a) GDPR without being
requested by Frequentis, you also have the right to revoke your consent at any
time without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out on the
basis of the consent until revocation.
