Junior Project Manager Defence (all genders)
Frequentis has been supplying the defence market with mission-critical communications, information and surveillance systems for over seven decades. Its fully redundant, high-availability communications framework is used by joint and combined forces in today’s command centres – whether in the air, at sea or on land. Modern military operations and activities require coordinated and informed decision-making. Secure voice and data exchange is of the utmost importance in this context. Military organisations and civil aviation authorities around the world need trusted solutions they can rely on, both during routine operations and on their missions. All this is delivered by our successful military air traffic control business unit, which continues to grow.
As a Junior Project Manager (all genders), you will coordinate the technical specification, integration and acceptance of technical solutions in so-called Control Centre Solutions, helping us to make the world a safer place together. Our CEO provides further information about our Defence division here.

- You will identify risks to the project and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
- You will independently report on the current status of your project in accordance with Group guidelines and act as the escalation point for any problems or deviations.
- Planning suitable communication structures and coordinating information with the relevant stakeholders is also part of your remit.
- Through a Lessons Learned Review, you ensure that the experience gained from the project is retained for the long term within the Frequentis organisation.
- You have completed a commercial or technical education, e.g. at a technical college (HTL) or commercial college (HAK), or have graduated with a degree specialising in IT or project management.
