Key Tasks
• Supports the full prime agreement lifecycle under the supervision of the Senior Contracts Manager, including assisting with drafting, review, negotiation, and execution and closeout of contracts with U.S. federal and local government agencies and commercial partners.
• Participates in proposal and business development activities, including reviewing solicitations, proposal documents, and teaming agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate contract files and electronic systems to ensure all documentation is current, organized and accessible.
• Assists in preparing and reviewing prime agreement documentation, including representations, certifications, and teaming agreements, while identifying potential risks and escalating as appropriate.
• Supports development and maintenance of contract flow-down resources to ensure subcontractor and partner compliance with prime contract requirements.
• Identifies and recommends improvements to contract templates and standard processes, to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provides support and basic guidance (as appropriate) to internal stakeholders on contract administration and policies, ensuring smooth execution and regulatory compliance.
• Supports subcontract administration activities, including review of subcontractor terms, compliance with flow-down requirements, and coordination with program teams.
• Assists with contract modifications, funding tracking, and invoice support to ensure alignment with contract terms and conditions.
• Monitors contract performance milestones and deliverables to support compliance with contractual obligations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of Frequentis USA, Inc.’s contracts function.

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Contract Management related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in US Government acquisition administration.
• Experience in managing Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and state/local government awards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US Government Regulations, including the Acquisition Management System (AMS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency Supplemental Acquisition Regulations (e.g. DFAR, NASA, etc.)
• Customer service experience and effective communication skills, including experience working with US and international partners.
• Strong critical thinking and analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while adapting quickly to new challenges and changing priorities
• Highly organized with attention to details.
