The Program Manager role includes responsibility for leading program / project teams to execute delivery and support using the latest products in our voice & data product line. This role applies formal program execution experience to direct all engineering development, production / delivery, and customer support phases of programs/projects. The Program Manager ensures the teams follow development/program management best practices, program controls are met, and drives program budget adherence and overall project execution.

The successful candidate will work within a system engineering team to collaboratively support a major customer program. The team will collectively be responsible for overseeing integration and deployment of network management software; interfacing with 3rd party data collection stream(s); establishing workflows to automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of hardware/software systems; configuration, remote management, and troubleshooting of test/lab equipment, including root cause analysis; working with software and hardware development teams for requirements, integration, testing activities.

The successful candidate leads the planning, design and implementation of a customer project involving analog, digital, and Internet Protocol (IP) telecommunications & networking technologies. Creates and guides requirements, systems engineering, and verification engineering. Ensures that implemented engineering solutions fulfill customer requirements. Leads and coordinates internal activities as well as internal to external customer communications and design decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of all finance, accounting and business practices. Primary responsibilities will be to support Director Finance and Program Management in program financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, budgeting. This position requires specialized expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Each of these areas in a mission critical environment contains their own unique and difficult problems to solve. As such, a strong technical foundation coupled with the desire to learn, grow, and solve hard problems would make for a strong addition to our team. We are looking for a customer-focused self-motivated Systems Engineer (Sales) for Airport Tower, Advanced Air Mobility, and Maritime who actively supports our customers and the sales team with his or her technical product and domain know-how and thereby guarantees cost efficient, technically feasible solutions. The Systems Engineer (Sales) is capable of designing solutions based on Frequentis products capabilities and customer requirements. The Solution Architect understands customer technical requirements and defines solutions that accurately address those needs, presents technical solutions to customers, and prepares associated white papers and proposals. The Solution Architect will coordinate and collaborate with sales, offer management, engineering, project management, and product teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the testing of Mission Critical software subsystems, network infrastructure, and radio-telephone communications software and hardware elements to meet customer requirements. The candidate will conduct and provide support for informal testing, formal testing (FAT/FQT), customer acceptance testing, and other Test related activities. In addition, the candidate is expected to interface with customers and partners on a technical level, discuss system-level and site-specific requirements, and test plans/solutions.
