The Program Manager role includes responsibility for leading program / project teams to execute delivery and support using the latest products in our voice & data product line. This role applies formal program execution experience to direct all engineering development, production / delivery, and customer support phases of programs/projects. The Program Manager ensures the teams follow development/program management best practices, program controls are met, and drives program budget adherence and overall project execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, administration and support of internal company software applications and hardware, troubleshooting computer problems, determining source, and advising on appropriate action, monitoring network connections and supporting technology departments in solving problems. This position will be functionally steered by the corporate IT-Department of Frequentis-Headquarters.

The team will collectively be responsible for overseeing integration and deployment of network management software; interfacing with 3rd party data collection stream(s); establishing workflows to automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of hardware/software systems; configuration, remote management, and troubleshooting of test/lab equipment, including root cause analysis; working with software and hardware development teams for requirements, integration, testing activities. The Solution Architect will coordinate and collaborate with sales, offer management, engineering, project management, and product teams.
