We are looking for a customer-focused self-motivated Business Development/Sales Engineer for Airport Tower, Advanced Air Mobility, and Maritime who actively supports our customers and the sales team with his or her technical product and domain know-how and thereby guarantees cost efficient, technically feasible solutions. The Business Development/Sales Engineer is capable of designing solutions based on Frequentis products capabilities and customer requirements. They understand customer technical requirements and defines solutions that accurately address those needs, presents technical solutions to customers, and prepares associated white papers and proposals. The Business Development/Sales Engineer will coordinate and collaborate with sales, offer management, engineering, project management, and product teams.

The successful candidate will be the Production Manager for a key Government program using the latest products in our voice & data product line. Primary responsibilities include the planning, execution, monitoring and control of all production and delivery of system hardware in accordance with a demanding schedule, and to act as the primary point of contact to the Government customer and Manufacturing subcontractors for all matters relating to the hardware production and delivery. The production schedule will span a period of many years and involve thousands of individual line items of electronic hardware and rack-mounted systems delivered to hundreds of Government sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, integration, and program management with years of applicable experience with Government customers in a related field.
